Third Annual Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Project of the Week Campaign

May 1st is Wildfire Community Preparedness Day. We learned last year that wildfires are a threat here in Western Washington. To prepare our communities for fire season, we are going beyond tomorrow’s one-day event. Today we are launching our third annual Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Home Project of the Week campaign. Preparing your home for fire season can be overwhelming, so we have broken it down to one task a week over the next eight weeks. Look for a new project suggestion every Thursday.
