On Saturday, July 18^th at 1:16 p.m. the VRFA responded with South King Fire & Rescue to a report of a fire in the 100 block of 4^th Avenue SW in Pacific. All residents evacuated safely. The Red Cross assisted two displaced adults. The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental from unattended cooking. The Pacific Police Department and King County Medic One provided assistance on scene.

Sunday, July 19^th at 4:27 p.m. the VRFA responded to a report of flames from a residence in the Palisades Mobile Home Park on Auburn Way South in Auburn. All residents evacuated safely. The Red Cross was requested to assist the family of four adults and two children. The cause of this fire was accidental and electrical in nature. South King Fire & Rescue, Puget Sound Fire, King County Medic One and Zone 3 Fire Rehab assisted.

At 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, VRFA crews along with Puget Sound Fire responded to a report of smoke and flames from a residence in the 28900 block of 124^th Avenue SE in Auburn. The home was vacant. The cause of the fire is under investigation. King County Medic One and Zone 3 Fire Rehab provided assistance on scene.
